Having Google Analytics is a critical element to tracking the success of your Joomla website. Although there are many extensions available to do this, I have found one the really stands out from the rest.  It is called Bigshot Google Analytics

The main difference between Bigshot Google Analytics and other alike extensions is the ease of setup and lack of module positioning. Oh and did I mention that it is free?
